At CoziKat, we pour love and care into every product we make for your cats. We want you (and your furry friends) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

When Can You Return a Scratcher?

  1. We accept returns and full refunds within 10 days of receiving your order if the product has been delivered in a damaged condition.
  2. To qualify, the product must be unused and sent back in its original packaging.

Our Responsibility

  1. If your product arrives damaged,  —the shipping costs for returning it will be fully borne by us.
  2. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your full refund right away.

To make the process smooth and quick, please:

  2. Use the subject line: “Damaged product received”.
  3. In the email, kindly explain the details of the issue and attach clear images of the damaged product and packaging.

Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with a resolution and next steps.
