At CoziKat, we know how excited you (and your cats!) are to receive your order. That’s why we do our best to get your scratchers packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
- PAN-India: Flat Rs.150
Order Processing
- Once you place an order with us, we prepare and dispatch it within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Every package is checked to make sure it’s secure and ready for your cat to enjoy as soon as it arrives.
Delivery Timelines
- Within Mumbai: Orders usually reach you within 5 business days.
- Outside Mumbai: Orders are usually delivered within 7 business days.
We always aim to get your order to you faster, but sometimes courier networks may take a little extra time.

While we work with trusted courier partners, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside our control—such as logistics issues, weather conditions, strikes, or peak festive seasons. If your order does get delayed, our team will be happy to help you with tracking information and updates.
